So often I hear people say that organic food is way too expensive or they can't afford to eat healthy. I'd like to suggest something for those of you who feel this way:
Go grocery shopping like you normally do and once you're done making your final selections, instead of going to the register to checkout - stop for a moment and look at what you have in your cart. Can you swap any of those items with just one of the things in the list below?
Chlorella, Spirulina, Turmeric, Moringa powder, Maca powder, Acai powder, Magnesium. (If you're unfamiliar with any of these products you can read all about them online.)
If you just purchase one per shopping trip until you have them all, you'll end up running out of each of them at different times rather than all at once, which can seem super expensive.
Most of these are superfoods and cleansers that benefit us on so many levels: fighting inflammation, supporting brain health, calming anxiety, balancing hormones, protecting liver, fighting free radicals and more. Blending them into your favorite veggie, fruit or protein shake each morning is a total game changer.
And the really cool thing is, the more we maintain a clean physical system our mental system becomes clearer, our motivation improves and we just feel better.
