It appears my blog has turned into one of those Christmas letters we often get from relatives sharing all their adventures of the past 12 months. Yes, it has been yet another year since my last post! My apologies, but sheeeesh... what a whirlwind of insanity taking place this year. Good news though, I did finish writing and publishing my new book, “Rebel Ramblings” and will have it available for purchase on here as soon as I iron out a few technical issues with my website, so stay tuned.
The last few days, I pondered what I wanted to write about that would help us all the most right now. The topic of fear immediately came to mind, since it's perpetually the culprit of dissension, which is so thick in the air it's palpable - enveloping us in its dreary heaviness. Since we can't be in a state of fear and in a state of peace at the same time, we must consciously choose how we will move through this mayhem happening all around us. Fearful or peaceful? It's one or the other.
As I'm sure you well know, it can be extremely challenging to get out of fear-mode when our funds continue to dwindle from economic robbery and we don't know how we're going to make it from one day to the next. But when we have done all we can do, there comes a point when we have to take a deep breath and simply let go, trusting a way will show itself. I realize so much easier said than done, but it's that or go stark raving mad with worry! And for the record, worry never stopped a damn thing, except living.
When I say we have to let go, I'm certainly not insinuating we do nothing at all. I'm saying, in order to weather this storm we must create peace within ourselves while we keep pushing forward. Stress equals confusion. When we are fretful, we can lose sight of solutions, opportunities and our direction, while our mind spirals into exhaustive chaos. We may even begin doubting our own capabilities. On the other hand, when we're calm we're able to see more clearly. Calmess equals clarity. This is because we are allowing our consciousness to slip into the driver's seat, which is precisely when synchronicities occur. Yes, sometimes we just have to remember to get out of our own dang way! With that said, I know from experience it's a balancing act and not an easy one. We'll have good days and bad, but we're here during this historic planetary shift for good reason and surely we came prepared with all the tools necessary to acheive victory. Just remember, there's a rebel-spirit within each of us that will fortify us with the strength needed to make it through these dark times. We just have to connect with it.
So stay strong, focused and keenly aware my friends. Believe in yourself and know something unbelievably amazing awaits us all on the other side of this.
