If you have questions or if there is something you would like me to write about, click the contact button and shoot me a message. I would love to hear from you! Here is today's Q&A session....

Q: Have you ever experienced any phobias? If yes, how did you deal with them?

A: At the core of all discomfort is fear and yet, fear isn't real. It is a thought we keep believing that can keep us frozen in its grip. I cover this topic explicitly in my first book, so to avoid replication and due to the lack of space here to really delve into this important topic at a level that it deserves, I encourage you to purchase a copy. I have dedicated an entire chapter to this subject and share techiniques on how to release fear for good that I believe you will find extremely helpful in freeing any holds it may have on your life.

Phobias can be dealt with much the same way. Thank you for such a paramount question! Fear is really at the root of all our suffering. Once it is faced, it dissolves into the nothing-ness that it really is.

Another tool that can be helpful when dealing with phobias is hypnotherapy, for it quiets the mind, allowing access to the subconscious where adjustments can be made and supressed memories can be uncovered and brought to light.

Please keep me posted on how things are unfolding for you or if I can be of further assistance.
