I've always considered that a lot of our beliefs are just ideologies and opinions made by others that we simply accepted as true. But what if they're not true? Are we walking around with bogus beliefs in our head - beliefs so pervasive, so commonly accepted, that it never even occurs to us to question them? Could these fictitious beliefs be some of the very reasons for our stuggles and unhappiness?
Perhaps it's time to clean house of all these notions we have given credence to, and begin tossing and replacing what no longer resonates or rings true for us.
There's a huge difference between believing and knowing.
Our knowingness can only come through instinct and experience.
Everything else is just 'hear-say' we picked up along the way that may, or may not be factual.
