Never Put Up With Disrespect

As many of you know, I've been an entrepreneur my entire life and recently closed my therapy practice to study web design. I decided to get a 'regular' job to cover my bills while doing so, and boy have my eyes been opened to how corporations treat their employees now-a-days! I will spare you the long sorted details of my recent experience, suffice to say, I walked right out the door with that song, You can take this job and shove it... 🎶 playing in my head.

Please never-ever believe you need something so badly, that you must put up with disrespect. Not by a family member, a friend, a partner and certainly not an employer. Just exit. No amount of money is ever worth being dishonored.

Remember we're always teaching people how to treat us, and I for one, am not much for second chances anymore. I learned long ago, when someone shows you who they are, it's best to believe 'em the first time and get to steppin'.
