Becoming The Observer

Becoming The Observer

December 31, 2013

Stepping away from the rush of our busy day, and into the presence of right now, shifts our entire energy to a much higher, finer frequency. Our vision expands. The beauty of nature surrounding us, that we usually take for granted and hardly even notice, comes to life. We notice the sun receding behind the mountains off the horizon, the trees swaying in the breeze, the birds flying home for the night.

When we're no longer caught up in the endless chatter of our minds, we become the observer, viewing life from our own unique, unsharable, vantage point. In these moments, if we pay real close attention, we can actually feel life pulsing through our veins, renewing us, and filling our soul with gratitude for the gift of being alive.
