Q: What are some good ways to deal with anxiety if you don't have a lot of money?
A: If we were to break down anxiety into simplified components, we would notice that it is often deeply rooted beliefs that trigger it. Most of the time these triggers happen in a millisecond. At the core of all disharmony is fear, and once that is dealt with, it's side effects - anxiety, depression, anger, etc - will lessen or disappear completely. Freeing ourselves from fear is the biggest step we can take towards our well-being.

One inexpensive option I can personally recommend for managing anxiety is, Emotional Ally herbal remedy, by WishGarden. Check out the reviews online to see how much it is helping others. Anytime you're feeling anxious just add a dropper-full under your tongue. It works amazingly! Taking magnesium and/or meditatiing daily are also great choices.
