Life

So often we look 'out there' for answers and solutions; for something that will fulfill us and set us free - be it money, purpose or that perfect someone. We spend so much time in search of that thing that will finally make us truly happy.

Yet, the very act of 'seeking' happiness means we believe it to be separate from us. That we're in lack of it. That it must be obtained somehow, which instantly puts a space between us and it. What we all innately hunger for cannot be accessed 'out there.' That would be like trying to grab a hold of something in a mirror.

Everything we need is within us.

One might argue that, "Money is not within me." And I would ask, is money really what you want? Or is it what you think money can buy? And are the things you think money can buy really what you want, or is it the security you think they will bring? Or could it be the absence of stress and worry that you actually desire? Or is it ease of survival that you yearn for? Please understand, you can have all the money in the world and still be miserable, and you can have very little and be truly happy.

Go deeper. What is it you really want?

We've forgotten that we are the generators of our experience. If we spend the majority of our time in scarcity-thought and fear-mode, we become stuck in an endless cycle of deprivation. It is our perceptions of life and ourselves that either keep us down or lift us up.

All our aspirations live within our very soul. If we pursue those core passions, then money, purpose and love will naturally flow our way. The more they do, the more our perception will shift to even greater abundance. From such insight we start remembering that life is not somewhere 'out there' and we are not separate from it. We ARE life and everything out there? Well, it's simply a reflection of us.
